bootcamp assistent windows

how can i return to my mac osx when i'm on windows. I can't install/find the software needed to install the bootcamp assistent on windows so i'm stuck please help me!

Restart with the Option key held down, click on the Mac OS X system, and then select it in the Startup Disk pane of System Preferences.

if i do that windows still loads. I'm now trying to download the software on another mac so hopefully that works. but if you still have some usefull tips please reply thanks!
