Disappearing Credit Card

After setting up and successfully using Apple Pay once, my credit card disappeared from Passbook the next time I tried to use it. What's up with that?

Thank you. I don't recall signing out of of iCloud but it is good to know this. I did reload the card (a debit card) into Passbook and I was told I had to call the bank and verify it again. Is that normal since I had already done that previously? And the problem seems more complicated. When I used Apple Pay (at Whole Foods) I got a receipt, the charge showed in Passbook and it appeared all was well. But no sign of that charge has ever shown up in my debit account.

That was helpful because I experienced the same thing. However, I often turn off my passcode when I am going to be home for extended times (I work from home). So every time I disable the passcode, I'm going to have to reinstall my credit card on Apple Pay? That's not very convenient. Do you know of a work-around?

This link is for setting up Apple Pay, and as you can see in the beginning that Touch ID or passcode is needed for setup. Set up and use Apple Pay on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support I understand the desire to remove the passcode at home, but I find that with my device and Touch ID set up, I can get into the iPhone just as quickly, if not quicker than swiping the screen. Tapping on the home button with a registered finger can open the phone very easily, and no matter what I'm doing, I know it is protected by the passcode.

And, you are very welcome. Enjoy your device.
