iPhone 5s
Don't waste your time with macs_queller. There is no way to bypass the activation lock without the required information. If you do not have or cannot get it, you have brick.
The phone probably belongs to someone else. Try return it to them.
the previous owner is in USA, I'm in panama republic, they sent me a gift, I can not return, the iPhone does not have information to return..
I have brick ...

Yes, you do.
Contact the previous owner. If you cannot, then you are correct, you have a brick. With activation lock, you will not be able to activate the device. At least you didn't lose any money over it.
The best thing to do is send it to Apple who might be able to locate the owner.
They will not do that. Apple will not get involved. That is a job for the police.
But can't only Apple link the serial number to the owner?
They will not give out that information because of privacy laws. Again, Apple will not get involved.
So if I drop off a lost phone at Apple, they'll do nothing with it even though they know who's it is? That's weak.
No, you drop the phone at the police. Is that to hard to comprehend?
Yes, because the police don't know who it belongs to, but Apple does.
You've been told. Apple will not handle this. Apple is not a lost and found service. That is why people report loss/theft to the police. They deal with that information.
Have I been served and pwned as well?
Still curious, what will the police do with the phone considering there's no useful identification on it?

Why don't you go to your local police department and ask them? This is not a police forum.
Do you have a technical support question we can help you with?
