I Have a iPod 4th generation, and I'm confused by what the "Feature" does. Can someone please tell me what it does and what will happen when my 6 days run out?

That provisioning profile was installed by an app you installed. That app my not function/fully function when it expires.
Contact the app developer/go to their support site.
