Delete songs on iTunes while keeping them on iPhone?

I'd like to delete songs, or an album, on iTunes but keep them on my iPhone. When it 'syncs' it deletes these songs/albums off my iPhone. Is there a way to delete songs/albums on my iTunes library but keep them on my iPhone music app?
