emails and phone won't work together
when i am on the phone and try to access the emails it won't load or refresh the mail is there a solution to this?

More than likely this is an issue where your cellular carrier does not allow simultaneous telephone and data usage. There is not a solution for this unless you are connected to Wi-Fi at the time for data, or to change cellular carriers. Not all carriers supposed simultaneous call/data.
