Will an Apple Watch purchased in China work in the rest of the world? What is the difference? (Different part numbers on US vs Asia online store)

it will work but i believe (if its like the iPhone) the warranty is only valid in country of purchase (EU is considered 1 country) - so if you dont live in China you would need to send the watch back there to get it repaired - although you should check with Apple about this in case im wrong

It will work , but I am afraid it will have some limitations in the functions like the iphone (No face time audio for example).

I live part of the year in china and i not yet buy it because i am afraid of some limitations can have the chinese version of the watch.

It will work - it's not like the iPhone, which has to acknowledge different phone networks.
