Video production: the new macbook 2015 or macbook pro 2.7ghz retina?

Talking only about these two, which one of them is the best one for video production?

I'm a beginner on it but i can do a few things.

I shot surfing... canon 70d... 100-400mm... i'll only do some edits for a few friends.

I can perfectly use FCP X.

Choose the one with the discrete GPU. That will be the best for video.
