I have finally gotten my Photos app uploaded and syncing between devices. It took forever, but it finally shows up on my laptop, iPhone and iMac. I have been editing photos and albums on my laptop and iMac to get rid of some of the duplicates created by the conversion of events and with the many "fits and restarts" of this upgrade and these edits show up on my phone, laptop and iMac as expected. However, when I log into iCloud.com it is another story. The editing is not showing up. This is very confusing since I understood that this is source of all syncing operations, thus it should be the most up to date database. What am I missing here?
