Hello to all I have a problem when I make and receive calls. I have an iPhone 6 Plus and when I did the update to iOS 8.1.3, suddenly the proximity sensor no longer working. How to solve this? i try all resetting erase all content.
Try updating to iOS 8.3, then test. Do you have a screen protector or a case on the device? If so, try removing them and testing the device.
Update to 8.3, also remove case and screen protection but no change. Frustrated.
When you updated to iOS 8.3, did you restore a backup? If so, restore the device as new and test. If it still does not function correctly then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the hardware checked. While not a usual thing, the proximity sensor could have failed.
