please help..

please help.. i can't sync my ipad 3 with itunes V.12 on my PC.. but my PC still recognize my ipad when i put it in with USB cable.. but why my itunes can't?? please help me.. thank you

i also already update my ios to the newest.. ios 8.3.. *tear*
