How do I convert WORD 2011 file to one PDF file?

Using Word 2011,

Need to convert thesis to PDF.

When doing so, it converts my 21MB thesis into multiple PDF files.

I need to submit as one PDF file.

I think its the landscape pages causing the issues.

I updated Acrobat to Pro, still cannot convert to one PDF document.

Please help.
