Counting the frequency of words and having it charted

Hi,

I am new to Numbers and I can't for the life of me find a way to count the frequency of certain words in a row or column and having this information charted.

For example I would like Numbers to make a chart out of the following information (in the "Key" row):User uploaded file

Whereby it would look something like this:

User uploaded file

It seems like a simple task so I don't know if it is just not possible to do this in Numbers or I am just plain stupid.

Thanks for Your help!
