I cloud has listed all of my e mail addreses seperately in my contacts how do I remove them

I have opened an I cloud account, since doing that all of my e mail addresses are displayed seperately in my contacts.

The addresses are still in the individual names in my contacts but duplicated.

It also rest the whole shooting match returning personalised text and phone sounds back to default.

Any thoughts?
