iPod 5th gen won't turn on and home button is broke

my iPod was charging throughout the night and then I hit the power button to turn it on since my home button is broke and it was just a black screen. I tried using a different charger and hooking it up into my computer with iTunes but it was unresponsive to both and the hold home button and power button doesn't work because my home button is broken. Please help me. It did this once before and came back a few days later I'd just like to speed up the process. Thanks.
