How to control airport from android device?

Hello to community!

I have an AirPort Extreme (4rth generation) and a MacBook. All other devices are working on Android OS. Is there any possibility to control AirPort from Android device? Becose sometimes it's very inconvinient to open up bulky Mac to make a quick changes in AirPort settings while using android tablet.
