Since upgrading to OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Screensaver and desktop provide error msg

I have tried all suggestions to resolve Preference Error message when attempting to load Desktop & Screen Saver preference. I just tried re loading OS which provided no luck. Any other suggestions?

iPhoto '11, Mac OS X (10.6.7), iPhoto11
