A few days ago I was trying to use my ipad but it kept rebooting itself so I tried to do a factory reset and now it wont even activate at all and it still reboots it self idk wat to do at all plz sumone help me

If your iPad is constantly restarting itself, you will need to put it into recovery mode and then restore it.

I Put it in recovery mode and hooked it up to iTunes but then it said that my device wasn't eligible so I then went into the terminal and didn't see any Apple problems there so idk what else to do
