Printing from iBooks

I have a series of Dummies books which I'd like to print out to hard copy. For some reason there's no print option available either in iOS or OS. I went to Dummies support but no-one could give me an answer. My question has now been passed on to a 'senior support technician' but that was nearly a week ago! Any help would be much appreciated. Running an iPad 2 plus a 17-inch MacBook Pro. Latest iOS and OS configurations. Cheers! Mark.

From About iBooks - Apple Support :

Print books and PDFs

You can print PDFs and notes you've entered from iBooks, but you can't print ePub books.

To print from iBooks, you need:

  • An iPad, Phone, or iPod touch with iOS 4.2 or later.
  • iBooks 1.2 or later with a supported AirPrint printer.

You can't print them from iBooks on your Mac either
