Keynote iPad won't install

I'm running an IPad 3 with the latest iOS Version. Keynote for iPad will not install.

The icon starts to update but it gets hung up on loading.

I've tried restarting my iPad, tapping the icon to pause and restart, pausing and going to the App Store to download again. Nothing works.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Does anyone have a solution?
