If none of those fix it, make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. It's likely a hardware failure.

Make sure that airplane mode is off →tapping Settings→ Airplane Mode.
Reset the network settings → Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings. (Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings all can be reseted)
Connect your device to your computer and check for updates in iTunes. Use the latest software.
