I bought a new computer and transferred music from my old to my new computer. Now when I try to sync the music to my ipod it says it can not be found even though the music is all listed under Settings in the Music section. How do I sync old music?

Now when I try to sync the music to my ipod it says it can not be found even though the music is all listed under Settings in the Music section. How do I sync old music? I had no problem syncing the new tunes I purchased from Itunes.
