Q: All of a sudden I can't hear other people on iphone 5

My phone was working fine but then all of a sudden I can't hear other people. They can hear me. Has this happened to anybody else? Any solution?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

Hey there ASV08,

I see that you are having issues with you ability to hear others through the receiver speaker on your iPhone. Here is an article that will help you troubleshoot this issue:

Thank you braden. Done everything that you said. Luckily I still have few days left on Apple Care. so I am going to let Apple take care of it.
