using avery templates with pages

I downloaded Avery label template 8164 into Pages. The labels are 4" wide by 3 1/3" high. I need to use it to cover half of a postcard, I tried to format it as landscape instead of portrait, but it cuts some of the labels off of the page. I can write my text into one of the labels, but can't rotate it 45 degrees. Pages just gives me the option of flipping vertically or horizontally. Can anyone help me?
