Q: iPhone6 speaker does not work when making calls.

My iPhone 6 speaker for making regular voice calls no longer works. The speaker phone works fine. Earphones work fine. But regular phone calls have no audio thought the caller hears my voice fine. Any suggestions?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

Hi Longpd,

From what you describe it sounds like your earpiece reciever is not working correctly when on a call. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you troubleshoot this, named:

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone
