Is it just me? It takes forever for icloud drive to sync.

Using windows 8.1 and Yosemite along with iPad air 1 and iPhone 5s.

When I try to upload a document it only takes 10seconds (of course might take longer depending on the size).

If i try to log in to icloud.com and check files on icloud drive, the uploaded file is there.

However from ipad or iphone, with access using a file explorer, the uploaded file is not there.

Has it been like this?

I'm absolute about that its not the connection issue, but yet apple issue.

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are trying to access files in iCloud Drive from an iOS device using a file explorer. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

iCloud Drive FAQ - Apple Support

On your PC with Windows 7 or later and iCloud for Windows, you can go to iCloud Drive in File Explorer.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8, you can access your files from Apple apps like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, or any apps that support iCloud Drive.
