I forgot my passcode and tried everything !rr

I forgot my Passcode and when I'm tryin to restore it through iTunes. This error is poppin up "iTunes couldn't connect to the iPhone because it's locked and I must enter the code if I want to countine the process ! I've iPhone 6 and iOS 8.3. I called apple support and they made me repeat the process and it's still not working ! I even erased my iPhone from "find my iPhone".
