When importing my pictures into iPhoto (and now into Photos) on my Mac, it asks if I want to remove imported photos from my iPhone. Sometimes I have said yes, sometimes I have said no. How do I remove pictures from my device now from the times I have said no in the past? I cannot find a place in iPhoto, iTunes or Photos to manually remove the photos remaining on the device.

This can be done in the Image Capture application by highlighting the desired photos and pressing the Delete key on your keyboard.
You can also select individual items on your device, then press the Delete key on your keyboard.

This deletes the pictures from the Photo Stream on my computer as well, which is not what I want. I want to leave the images on my computer, but remove the pictures from my iPhone.
