Help

My apple tv works and functions until I select a video to play such as from netflix or HBO Now -- which works on other devices -- and then it only shows the spinning wheel graphic. I try to exit out of the video but the apple tv no longer functions. Only until I restart the device will it function again until I try to watch a video, and then it does the same process. I've restarted it multiple times, turned off Airplay, checked the internet, and even restored the device but it still does not work. Anyone with a similar issue that knows how to fix this?
