Having Trouble Ripping a Track That's Last Track + Blank Space + Hidden Track

Hello,

I'm ripping a CD, and the first 12 tracks ripped fine. When I rip the 13th track, it gets to a little more than halfway (about the time the track ends and blank space until the hidden track begins). It hangs up and won't complete.

I tried using something other than iTunes, but that says input/output error on the track.

The CD is SPOTLESS, and it plays just fine in a CD player.

Any suggestions on how I can rip the final track?
