Q: MacBook Pro late 2011 blue tint

After not using my macbook pro for about 5 days I plugged it in and when I turned it on it had a blue tint to the screen and the apple logo was surrounded by a darker blue tint with white lined square. When I go to log into my user the home screen will load my background picture but nothing else works! Please help! I've already tried resetting my PRAM and that didn't work, I'm all out of AppleCare and can't afford to take it to the Apple Store right now, does anyone know what to do??
