external hard drive won't mount

Hi everyone

Last night my external hard drive came unplugged while I was downloading something, and since then it won't mount when plugged in. So I checked in disc utilities and tried to Verify and repair it, but it came up with this message

Is my hard drive stuffed??? Anything I can do? I might also add that it is not backed up so I'm panicking....
