My iphone 4 say it can not take anymore photos. The storage is full. I have increased the storage three times and it still can't take a photo. Help.

What do you mean by, "I have increased the storage three times"? Do you mean that you have deleted things from your iPhone to free up space? Or do you mean that you purchased more iCloud storage?
To take photos you will have to delete items to gain more storage on your iPhone itself. ICloud storage will not help.
I am deleting pictures now, but it still says not enough storage. Will continue to delete. I have downgraded my iCloud storage; thanks for that tip because that was going to cost me every month.
I had this problem not too long ago I found that there was a lot of stuff saved in my iCloud even though I deleted it off the phone it still needed to be deleted from the iCloud need to go to your iCloud
