safari can't show the file because has moved since you downloaded it

I am unable to view any downloaded documents form my project site using Safari it showing following error when i try to open file,

it is working fie in other browsers issue is only in safari, and it is not showing any error in firebug. while downloading it 's showing following image

once file is downloaded and try to open it shows following.

I am using Windows 8.
