I dented top right corner of my 5s and can i get a regular case or get a replacement

If you purchased AppleCare+ protection for your iPhone and it has not yet expired, you can get a refurbished replacement at nominal cost.
Otherwise, accidents and abuse are not covered by any warranty, so you would have to pay for the replacement. Check Apple Support web page for your location.
