iPod 5 isn't turning on nor responding to anything

I used my iPod 5 earlier today and it worked perfectly fine. An hour later I go back and it won&#x27;t turn on. I tried putting it on a charger, nothing happens and the screen stays black, so it&#x27;s not battery. I&#x27;ve tried holding the lock button + the volume up/down buttons, nothing happens and the screen stays black. I can&#x27;t do anything with the home button, since it&#x27;s broken. I&#x27;ve tried plugging it into two different computers, nothing happens, the screen remains black, and neither computers detect the iPod. What can I do?

Try:                                               - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on            - Also try DFU mode after try recovery modeHow to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik&#x27;s scribblings- If not successful and you can&#x27;t fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain.
