Flash whiteout

I have searched and read the comments in the forum regarding flash whiteout issue on iphone 4s. I am from Malaysia and I can swear on my father's grave that it is an issue. I have been using the phone for 4 years.

When you snap a photo in a dark spot and your flash is on...the whole picture is blur (whiteout). And those who said that it was a thin film behind the camera or flash which was getting in the way is a real ******** and stupid comment. Dear Apple support....I have one word for you: Please do not assume the customers are stupid. We are not. I have tested everything but it is still a whiteout. So when I have to snap in the dark, I need to turn on a flash light or the car headlights !!!!

Can your engineers correct the issue?? Please be honest.
