Screen Calibration Problem

Hello. I got my Iphone a little time ago and didn't have any problems, but then out of nowhere about a little line of the iphone doesen't work. when i slide down on my touchscreen, it slides in any other direction. I've tried restarting it but not restoring help plox. :-(
