Delete photos on my iPhone will delete photos on iCloud ?

I have iCloud Photo Library and My Photo Stream switched on in iCloud, once I delete a photo on my iPhone, it will also be deleted on iCloud ?
Once you enable iCloud Photo Library, all your photos are uploaded to iCloud. iCloud then stores your entire photo collection. All you other devices access this central photo library so any changes made to a photo on any device (including deletion) will update the centralized photo library in iCloud.com.
