could someone help me solve problems that I have with my icloud account? I have
updated my iPad system to iOs8.3. When I reinitiated it, it required my icloud
password which I do no longer remember. I went through the recovery process and
choose to answer security questions. Answering to security question was the
best option as I did not put a rescue email address. I made several attempts
and now the account seems to have been completely blocked when I try answering
again. The system tells me that “AN ERROR OCCURRED”. I wrote several times to
apple support team but did not get answer. I am really desperate. Is there
anyone who can help?
