Some of my audio files have a slash through the iCloud icon and they will not sync with iTunes Match. The specific warning says: iTunes Match playlists can only include music from your iTunes Match library. This playlist can’t be uploaded because it includes other media kinds or songs that are not eligible.
The files are MPEG Audio Files. Whats up? How can I fix this?

What the bit rate of the tracks? Need to be 96 kbps or greater.
How large is the file? Max size is 200mb
What is the media kind of the track? Needs to be Music.

The bit rate is 128kbps and the largest of the files is 50mb but it is spoken word. Why does that matter?

If the media kind is not music, the track will be ineligible. If you want the track to upload, change media kind to music.

This doesn't always work. I have 2 tracks, same source, one isn't eligible while the other is. Same meta data. It's ridiculous, I subscribed so all my files could be in the cloud not just some chosen arbitrarily.
