I have upgraded to Yosemite and my version of Aperture (3.5.1) no longer works.
Where can I get an Aperture 3.6 upgrade?
Note I am a long time user and purchased long ago on a disc
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

If you only bought Aperture on disk as against on the AppStore than you will need to contact Apple Customer Relations and see what they can do to help you.

Suggest you take a look at the multiple similar questions and answers in this site over the last month or so
