How to answer calls from another iPhone

Hi,

I would like to answer calls on another iPhone signed in with the same AppleID, both devices are not connected to the wireless network.

My FaceTime and iPhone Mobile calls are activated, but when i tried calling my mobile, the other phone does not ring.

Is this possible to answer my calls on the other device so i would be able to leave my office phone in my drawer.
