How to find a stolen Iphone4s when its offline

My Iphone 4s was stolen from my school bathroom. I went to the library with my friend and noticed I dident have my phone. However when I got home we used find my Iphone to search and locate my Iphone we have found the address of the street but not the number I am despreate to get my phone back, I still have my phone ID and Iphone4s box. Please Help.
