Some Issues with iBooksAuthor (Page, templates, format)

Hi,

I have som eproblems with iBooksAuthor:

1. When I serach for word or check the grammer, the templates (with Lorem ipsum ...) also indexed and they are available, if I turned on the chapters. Why this occurs?

2. On some pages the Pagenumber is in another format and font (e.g.: 32,33, ... VI)
