Hi I have a late 2013 21.5inch imac it has suddenly started having a problem with the screen flicking on and off and then after a few minuets shutting down i have to remove the power plug to restart the system can anyone help please i have ran a diagnostic test but it says nothing found Thanks Trevor.

I'm having the same problem, it just started happening last week. After few days of frustration, I reduced the screen brightness to about half-way, then it stopped happening.
Reducing screen brightness fixed my problem!
I know I have a hardware fault in the display somewhere, but I cannot lose a few days with the support, so I just went with what works!
