How to transfer document in NOTES to PC????

I have a new Ipad and I have dictated several documents into Notes. I need to transfer them into Ms Word on a PC for editing etc. What is the simplist way to do that? These are not extremely long documents and there are only a few documents which need transfer but it was easy to dictate the documents into Notes.
