My IPhone 6 plus fill and won't restart

I have I phone 6 plus, I placed on the IPad on the table and they both felt to the floor. I pad is working OK. I phone 6 plus won't restart so I made the usual routine of pushing the On/Off button together with home button. The Apple sign came but stays the same. Doesn't connect to system or cellular to start the phone.
