Different UDID Finder apps all show different UDID for my iphone

I have iPhon 5s with IOS 8.3 - so when searching for my UDID I connected to itunes and was able to get a 40 character UDID for my phone. I also downloaded the following apps: UDID Pro; UDID Tool; UDID Sender; UDID Retriever; The Identifiers; UDID+ (eMonster). The interesting thing is that every one of those apps gave me a completely different UDID - different from the itunes as well as each other - for a total of 7 UDID's. Can anyone explain to me please why this is? The only thing that was similar with those 6 apps was that all 6 of the UDID's started with a series of "F's" ("FFFFFFFFF.........."). What does that mean?
