Q: outlook 2011 issue

Hi,

One of our users has a problem in outlook 2011 for MAC. when he clicks on the Mail in outlook, it takes time to display the whole message in the reading pane on the right in outlook.i have tried to search the problem on google but with no luck.

I don't know what exactly is the problem, but one of my friend told me that it can be due to the Large amount of mails, archiving the mails will resolve the issue.

Please help to resolve the issue.
